About this Soler’s Event

LEAPIN’ FROG LEGS!… EXPERIENCE THE FROGGIE TRI – 400-meter pool swim, 10-mile bike, and 4k run on grassy paths…..that also includes, breakfast with iced coffee, mimosas and beer(for of age frogs), juice (for you tadpoles) and unique frog shirts and awards…What does the name mean? Dam ’09: Start/finish is in Alamo Heights (city zip=’09ers) and the bike course is along the Dam into Olmos Park..so, DAM ’09 is the name.

How long does it take you to swim 400-meters in a pool?

In order to place you correctly in the swim seed, you must know your approximate swim time for 400-meters… 10:00 minutes…5:00 minutes…whatever it is, please be as close as real as you can, for your enjoyment during the swim and the enjoyment of your fellow froggies…you will be asked your swim time upon registration online. Please time yourself early…we cannot change positions after placement is made.

Afterwards enjoy breakfast with tacos, iced coffee, mimosas, beer, and more!!!

Entry Fees:
$50 youth/$60 adult (through Aug 12) $70 youth/$80 adult (after Aug 12) $100 ALL (on Aug 23&24)

Packet Pickup:
Packet pick up @ Soler’s Sports  5933 Broadway  - Aug 23, 12pm to 7pm. Bring a picture ID and USAT card or purchase a one day USAT pass.  Every participant must pick up their own packet with the exception of parent/guardian.

You MUST include your estimated time for a 400m swim to be seeded appropriately at the start.  Participants who register AFTER August 21^th WILL NOT BE SEEDED for the swim!!!

THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! Race is limited to first 300 participants: REGISTER NOW!
