Training Programs

If you are looking for an organized training group with a specific race goal, then this is the place! Group programs are perfect to giving you that positive peer pressure to stay on task with your eyes on the goal.

Strength and Conditioning Program

Is your nice comfy bed holding you back from your fitness goals?
Come join other folks who are “attacking their day” with morning strength and conditioning sessions!
First session is free!
This strength and conditioning program is challenging, fun and extremely effective.  Our workouts are scalable to everyone – from seasoned athletes to people who are just getting started.

Alamo Heights Store
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 pm

3-5 Mile run. All skills and abilities!

Helotes Store
Tuesday and Thursdays 6:00 pm

3-5 Mile run. All skills and abilities!

Wednesdays 7:00 pm

Group Bike Rides

Is riding your thing? Whether you are a hard-core cyclist, a triathlete or a newbie, we invite you to our TriSport location for a group ride! Need some basic info, too? Then check out our free Sunday bike workshops!

Helotes Store
Tuesdays* – 26 mile race pace ride leaving at 6pm from the Lady of the Guadalupe Church around the corner.

Thursdays* – Wheels down at 6:00 pm and two ride options: 34 mile race pace ride and 20 mile no drop hilly ride out to Leon Springs and back, with an optional 3 mile run directly after.

Saturdays - Shop rides of 20 to 50 miles at moderate pace on the first and third Saturday of the month, meetup at 8am.

Sundays – Bike maintenance free clinic every Sunday at 10am.

*Tues & Thurs rides are every week until time changes. After the time change thursday ride will be indoors on turbo trainers 6pm till 7pm. BYOTT bring your own turbo trainer.
