Training Programs
If you are looking for an organized training group with a specific race goal, then this is the place! Group programs are perfect to giving you that positive peer pressure to stay on task with your eyes on the goal.
Intro to 5k
- Training dates – Feb 4 – Mar 17, 2012
- Saturdays 7:30 am & goal race on March 25
- No previous running experience required, walkers are welcome!
2012 Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon & Half Marathon training – USA Fit Soler’s Sports / San Antonio
- Training begins – May 19th @ Stone Oak, Helotes & Alamo Heights locations
2011-12 Winter Marathon & Half Marathon training
- Training dates Dec 3, 2011 – Feb 18, 2012
- Saturday OR Sunday long mileage workouts available
- Cross training available for Premium members
Cross Training
- This fitness program will be challenging, fun and extremely effective.
- Our workouts are scalable to everyone – from elite athletes to people who are just getting started.
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings every week in Helotes

If you want a more informal environment or just want some running buddies to hook up with, then join us at one of our store runs… All paces and all goals are welcome!
