Learn techniques that can help you run stronger, more efficiently and with reduced risk of injury.
A Newton Running educator will be on hand to discuss the science behind Newton Running shoes and answer all your natural form running questions.
Topic include: running injuries, biomechanics & the Science Behind Newton Running Shoes.
Noon-5 PM: RSVP Soler’s Sports Stone Oak (210-490-9987) for a time slot to get a FREE video analysis by a Newton Educator! You do NOT have to wear Newton shoes to participate.
5-6 PM: Form Clinic -come ready to run! We will have demo Newtons to try on and we will be running, doing drills, and talking about running form.
